| ¡¡ Dr. Rachel Sing-Kiat Ting has been coming to ZMIP for five years, first as a PhD student in 2003, and once or twice every year since.
She visited again on June 9 and 10 and, as in the past, offered training in Cognitive Behavorial Therapy as well as case supervision to counselors. In addition, she also presented material and training on post-traumatic stress disorder.
Ting, whose Mandarin name is ³ÂÐĽá (Chen Xinjie), currently works as a clinical psychologist at the University of Southern California. Originally from Malaysia, she brings fluency in both Chinese culture and language. ZMIP counselors appreciate her gentle and professional way of relating as well as her dedication. | |
